The issue is that all too often our lifestyle is not conducive to attaining and maintaining the body you want and performing at our best. Often we perform great in spite of our lifestyle not because of it. We overcome tiredness, fogginess, bad moods and impulsive decision making still to come out on top. Small lifestyle changes can enable you to feel great, have consistent energy and look great. When a strong lifestyle meets a strong determination to succeed, magical things can happen. It is my mission to help you implement techniques and habits that will allow you to more successfully attain the body and performance goals you want.

Hi, my name is Vince Juron and I am the founder of Feedback Loop Nutrition. Let me give you some background on my story.
It's no lie that when I graduated college and entered the workforce I had no idea how to take care of myself. After spending four years of eating poorly and drinking in college, I had to overcome these drastically bad habits as I began my professional work life. These lifestyle choices (or lack of good ones) left me feeling tired, lazy, foggy and unmotivated. Despite this it was in my nature to perform at the highest levels possible but it just took that much more effort. Longer hours and high stress levels were the norm. I knew there had to be a better way.
LONGER HOURS AND HIGH STRESS LEVELS WERE THE NORM. I KNEW THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY.
Far too often us professionals think we're invincible; that intelligence and grit will make up for any shortcomings in lifestyle choices whether it be diet or exercising or just taking time to calm the mind. The problem with this approach is that stress gets compounded, weight gain is perpetual and burnout is right over the horizon. The good news is the proper tools will not only help alleviate these problems, but also help you perform at your highest levels possible. Taking a small amount of time to cultivate a better body, mind and spirit will ultimately transfer into more productivity, better relationships, better decisions and better brand of you.

PEOPLE DON'T NEED AN EXPERT, THEY NEED SOMEONE THEY CAN RELATE TO
I heard someone say recently that people don't need an expert, they need someone they can relate to. I am not always the picture of the perfect employee and definitely not the picture of a perfect friend or son.
Things I struggle with on a daily basis:
-Hitting the snooze button: I have made the snooze button my personal enemy. It is my resistance. It is the voice telling me I can't succeed, that I don't deserve success. I get beaten by the snooze button on a regular basis but luckily I get a shot tomorrow morning.
-Drinking an absurd amount of coffee: I have a passion (or a weakness) for coffee.
-Doughnuts: Ahh, the perils of being the grandson of a career doughnut maker
I have been in your shoes (at least to some extent). I work a high demanding job in consulting that includes client deliverables and travel. I understand the stress and time demand these jobs require.
